| 摘 要： | 契约的完全与否是组织效率高低的重要影响因素。“公司 农户”农业产业化组织模式中 ,公司与农户双方地位的不平等、农业产业经营的不确定性、公司与农户双方机会主义行为的存在 ,导致了公司与农户之间契约的不完全性 ,进而影响到这一组织模式的运作效率。为此 ,必须采取有效措施以提高该组织模式的运作效率。
