| 摘 要： | 构设行之有效的高校房地产管理制度,必须建立在明晰高校房地产范围、理顺高校房地产权属的前提下,从而进行制度上的构建,并使之规范化、制度化.行之有效的高校房地产管理制度必须在坚持稳定的前提下,不断巩固、发展和完善,进而实现高校房地产的保值增值.

| Abstract: | To establish effective real estate management system in colleges and universities has to be based on the premise of clear range and ownership of real estate in colleges and universities. In order to establish the system, it has to be standardized and systematical. The effective real estate management system in colleges and universities should be on the premise of stabilization, to be constantly strengthened, developed and improved, to keep and increase the value of real estate in colleges and universities. |
