摘    要:安徽省周边省份对安徽省在吸引人才方面产生了很大的影响.近年来,安徽省人力资源竞争力有了很大提高,但是和周边其他省份相比还存在一定差距.文章分析了安徽省人力资源竞争力的现状,认为安徽省人力资源数量较多,但素质较低,结构不合理,人力资源投入不足.从大力发展教育、调整人力资源的就业结构和优化人力资源环境、进行制度建设三个方面论述了提高安徽省人力资源竞争力的相应对策.

Abstract:Recently the provinces surrounding Anhui province will produce big effect on attracting top talents. In recent years, the human resource competitiveness in Anhui province has significantly improved. But compared with the surrounding provinces, there are still large gaps. This paper analyzes the current status of human resource competitiveness in Anhui province. The human resources total quantity of Anhui province is a large scale, but the overall quality is a low level , the human resources structure is unreasonable and the human resource inputs is insufficient. At last, this paper indicates how to improve the competitiveness of human resources of Anhui province from deeply developing education, adjusting the employment structure of human resources, and optimizing the human resources environment, constructing system.
