| 摘 要： | 凉山彝族民间调解制度受习惯法影响,形成了具有本民族特色的调解制度。文章对该制度的概念和特点进行分析,并在凉山彝族民间调解的现状基础上,提出整合民间纠纷调解资源,推行多元化调解机制,枸建大调解格局。最后对进一步完善彝族民间调解与人民调解调适、建立适合民族地区发展的新型人民调解工作提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | On the influence of common law to Liangshan Yi Autonomous, its civil mediation system forms the system that has characters. This article makes an analysis on the system''s concepts and characters, based on the present civil mediation, it points out the integration of civil mediation resources and carries out the system of multi-mediation and constructs macro-mediation, and at last, it gives some suggestions on building up a better civil mediation system. |
