摘    要:高级官员腐败问题一直是社会关注的热点,对此的研究有利于未来防范和治理高官腐败问题。以2009—2015年期间的50个省部级官员腐败案件为例,选取设定了相关指标对它们进行研究,得出以下结论:省部级腐败官员多为男性高官,高学历腐败官员越来越多,案件查处及完结速度提高,初腐败年龄呈年轻化,多数从厅级开始腐败,跨地域腐败问题严重等。基于理性选择制度主义理论,结合数据分析从腐败动机和腐败机会两个方面对腐败原因进行了相关解释。

Abstract:The corruption of senior officials has always been a hot issue of social concern .Research on this subject is conducive to the prevention and management of senior officials ’ corruption in the future .Taking 50 corruption cases of provincial and ministerial officials as example , this research selects and studies relevant indicators , and reaches the following results:corrupt officials at provincial and ministerial levels are mostly male;the number of highly educated corrupt officials has increased;the speed of case investigation and closing has increased;the average age of officials ’ first corruption has become younger , with most officials starting to corrupt from provincial level;cross-regional corrup-tion has become a serious problem;and etc.Based on the Rational Choice Institutionalism theory and the data analysis , this paper explains the cause of corruption from the perspectives of corruption motivation and corruption opportunities .
