| 摘 要： | 提出和实践了一种以大型项目为牵引的研究生"创新实践团队培养新模式".在整个培养过程中,坚持走开放办学和工程实践之路,坚持走团队培训和团队创新实践之路,重视"科学与工程并重、多学科多技术综合、高度集成创新"的高等工程教育理念,突出创新实践能力的培养,突出技术集成能力的培养,突出团队协作能力的培养,人才培养目标瞄准中国大型飞机项目研究、设计、管理、制造等方面的人才需求.
