试论日本企业专利战略及对我国的启示

日本是发达国家中实施专利战略最为成功的国家。“二战”后日本经济的腾飞,与其在政府支持下,工业、技术、贸易、法律多方密切配合,以企业为单位,将专利作为其发展和振兴经济的重要手段这一成功的专利战略具有很大关系。本文探讨了日本企业专利战略的主要特点,在此基础上提出了我国企业值得借鉴的若干措施。

The Patent Strategy of Japanese Enterprises and Its Inspiration to Our Country

Japan is the most successful country in the western world in carrying out the patent strategy . The rapid development of Japanese economy after World War II has a great deal to do with the successful patent strategy that with the support of the government and the closed coordination of industry, technology, trade and law, and with each enterprise as a whole unit , Japan uses patent as an important means to develop and vitalize its economy . This paper has probed into the major characteristics of the patent strategy of Japanese enterprises and then put forward several measures worthy to be used by our country' s enterprises for reference.
