| 摘 要： | "三农问题"(农民、农业、农村问题)是中国实现农村现代化最艰巨的任务,也是全面建设小康社会面临的最大难题。关心农民、支持农业、发展农村,不仅是一个重大的经济问题,也是一个重大的政治问题。因此,三农问题成为当前政治界、经济界、学术界普遍关心、重视的热点问题。文章从三农问题的由来、三农问题对中国造成的不良影响及解决三农问题的困惑来探索解决三农问题的途径。

| Abstract: | Taking care of the farmers, supporting the agriculture and developing the countryside are not only a serious economic but also a serious political problem. This paper has studied the causes and the negative effects of the problems concerning farmers, agriculture and countryside, and puts forward the measures to solve these problems. |
