1979年～2009年期间,中国航空法学从蹒跚学步到悄然崛起,渐成独立的部门法学。30年来,研究成果虽然无法与成熟的部门法学相比,但也随着中国航空事业和航空立法的发展取得了骄人成绩。今后的研究方向应该在充分认识到研究力量、研究方法、科研成果质量、研究内容均衡等方面不足的基础上,注重自身理论的充实和加强对其他法学学科知识的吸纳与融合。

Rise of the Science of Air Law in China from Statistics: Summary on Chinese Science of Air Law Studying of Thirty Years (III)

The science of air law is gradually becoming an independent department law by progressing from 1979 to 2009 in China. Research in this field has achieved great success with Chinese air industry and air legislation-s expanding in thirty years. But, there is inadequacy in the study of air law, such as inadequate personnel in studying; inadequate methods of studying and inadequate quality achievement in scientific research and content of studying, so we need to work further and double hard, and especially, we should enrich the theory of air law and absorb knowledge of other law disciplines.
