| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了在"发展生产力"之中,资本主义与社会主义之间的本质区别,特别对整个20世纪当中这两大社会制度在发展生产力方面做了比较;文章认为"发展生产力"是"以经济建设为中心"的核心部分;发展经济的概念不能代替发展生产力,某些在"发展经济"的名义下所做的事情甚至可能导致破坏社会生产力的发展;发展生产力必须要开发和掌握我们自己的核心技术,以免受制于人;在发展生产力中,人的作用是最重要的,劳动者在生产力诸要素中的主导作用,在社会主义社会集中体现在"全心全意地依靠工人阶级"这个基本政策上.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses that in 'Developing the Productive Force , there're some differences between Capitalist and Socialist systems, and thinks that the "Developing the Productive Force" is the core part in the "Focusing the Economic Construction"; and then analyses the relationship between "Developing the Productive Force" and "Developing Fx;onomy", thinks that the latter can't replace for the former; "Developing the Productive Force" means that China has to develop the core high-technology by itself; At last, we have to focus on depending on the working class heart and soul, and this should be the important part of Developing the Productive Force". |
