| 摘 要： | 本文分析了政府采购制度国际化的经济原因,阐述了政府采购制度国际化的现状及问题,提出在政府采购制度国际化的背景下,我国应采取的对策:建立和实行政府采购制度必须建立完备的政府采购法律体系与监督机制;逐步开放我国政府采购市场;利用国外政府采购市场的开放,扩大出口。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes economic causes of internationalization of governmental procurement system. It also describes the current situation and potential problems which may incur during the process of establishing and effecting governmental procurement system. The author finally proposes some policy suggestion for Chinese government to adapt to the internationalization trend, including establishing perfect legal system and supervision mechanism, gradually opening domestic procurement market, and taking advantage of foreign governmental procurement markets to expand exports. |
