| 摘 要： | 国际合作办学项目能够促进教学改革和学科建设，满足多元求学需求，丰富人才培养模式，但由于未建立有效的内部质量保障体系，难以对项目实施进展和过程质量进行准确评价。通过梳理质量保障体系构建理念，建立了包括质量目标、质量过程、质量评估和质量反馈的国际合作办学项目内部质量保障体系，给出了质量保障体系评价模型，通过案例研究证明了体系模型的有效性，为提高合作国际办学项目的教学质量水平提供了技术手段。

| Abstract: | International joint education program can promote teaching reform and discipline construction, meet the demand of diversified education and enrich the personnel training model. Without an effective internal quality assur-ance system ( IQAS) , it is difficult to accurately evaluate the project progress and process quality. Through combing the construction concept of quality assurance system, the article puts forward an evaluation model of quality assurance system, which includes quality objectives, quality process, quality assessment and quality feedback of international joint education program. The case study demonstrates the effectiveness of the system model which provides a technical means for the teaching quality improvement of international joint education program. |
