| 摘 要： | 硕士研究生招生复试是对考生素质与能力的综合测评。目前在复试中广泛采用的传统人才测评技术主观随意性强、缺乏规范性,无法保证测评结果的科学性与公正性。将现代人才测评技术引入复试环节,建立较为客观、全面的指标体系,通过层次分析法确定各指标的合理权重,并给出各指标所对应的测评方式,构建一套相对科学、完整的硕士研究生招生复试的素质与能力测评体系。

| Abstract: | Graduate students enrollment second round of examinations is a comprehensive quality evaluation of candidates.The traditional evaluation techniques are subjective,arbitrary and non-standardized and cannot guarantee the scientific nature and objectivity of the result.In this paper,we set up a relatively objective and comprehensive indicators system according to the modern talent evaluation science, and determine the weight and corresponding methods of every indicator.Finally we construct a quality and capacity evaluation system for graduate students enrollment second round of examinations. |
