海南省利用外资与经济增长的实证分析

从海南省利用外资与GDP增长率的相关性入手,对海南建省以来利用外资与GDP增长率的有关数据进行了实证分析,结果表明:海南省利用外资对经济增长具有较强的促进作用,但是在获得外来技术和先进的管理方法等利用外资深层次目标方面明显不足,海南省经济仍然属于资金推动的粗放型的经济增长。在此基础上进行了分析评价并提出了有关建议。

A Positive Analysis of the Foreign Capital Utilization and GDP Growth of Hainan Province

The paper, in light of the correlation principal, conducts a positive analysis of the data on the foreign capital utilization and GDP growth of Hainan province since the province was established. The findings show that the foreign capital utilization has given a relatively strong impetus to Hainan's GDP growth, but the province has obviously failed to achieve its superior objectives of foreign capital utilization such as obtaining advanced technologies and managerial skills, and the local economy is still experiencing the capital-driving and extensive growth. Based on such an analysis and evaluation, the paper puts forward some suggestions to tackle the existing problems.
