| Abstract: | It is a new issue for an enterprise in its financial field as how to set up the optimum financial structure of enterprise. In the practice it can be realized by both adopting the technique with maximum entropy in the decision with multiple objectives, and overall variance method in the group decision. This study refers to index system which can be used to evaluate the optimum financial structure of enterprise, preliminary decision of enterprise financial structure, construction matrix of decision, a choice from policymakers' schemes, and overall decision by group members working out optimum financial structure. |
