| 摘 要： | 政治文明从总体上讲是人类政治上所取得的进步成果.在社会主义初级阶段,从政治文化的角度看,政治文明体现为公民文化.公民文化在本质上要求公民培养公民意识.而公民意识的培养,公民文化的构建,需要有完善的市场经济作为经济基础,发达的公民社会作为社会基础,同时离不开政治社会化的有效方式--公民教育的作用.

| Abstract: | To a large extent, political civilization represents the political progress of mankind. In terms of political culture, civil culture is a reflection of political civilization in the primary stage of socialist development. Gvil will is the inherent requirement of civil culture. A well-established market economy and civil society constitute the economic and social foundation of the civil culture respectively. Meanwhile, civil education also plays an indispensable role in the development of civil culture. |
