从子弟书看清代旗人官吏的日常工作

子弟书是清代雍正、乾隆时期北京的八旗子弟们创立的一种曲艺艺术，以作者、表演者、听众都是八旗子弟而得名。子弟书中有很多篇章记录了清代中后期旗人官吏的日常工作。结合清史可以从中了解清代侍卫如何站岗、值班、参加礼仪庆典；也可以还原当时文职京官的工作细节，包括如何主持祭祀、管理皇家马轿以及处理政府公文。

A Study of Eight-Banner Government Clerks' Daily Agendum in Qing Dynasty from Youth Storytelling

Youth Storytelling is a Chinese vocal art form created by Eight Banner youth in Beijing during the periods of Emperor YONG Zheng and Emperor QIAN Long in Qing Dynasty,such named because the authors,performers and audience were all Eight Banner youth.In Youth Storytelling,many passages recorded Eight Banner government clerks’ daily work in middle-and-later Qing dynasty.With the research of Qing history,we can find that how royal housecarls kept their sentries,duties and attended etiquettes and ceremonies in palace;we can also revive the clerks’ working details,including presiding fetes,managing royal horses and sedans,and dealing with government documents.
