| 摘 要： | 建省以来,海南省海洋产业得到了迅速发展,海洋产业结构体系已初步形成。但由于区位条件及社会经济基础薄弱等原因,海南省的海洋产业发展一直处于较为落后的状态：单位海洋面积的海洋产值远远低于国内其他海洋省份,海洋产业结构低级化。海洋产业结构的优化是海洋产业发展的关键。从静态、动态的层面对海南省产业结构的现状进行了量化分析,呈现出海南省海洋产业的结构构成、工业化程度、第三产业弹性系数、工业集中化程度以及海洋产业结构的变动规律,依此总结海南省海洋产业发展的特点,为促进海洋产业发展的政策制定奠定基础。
