| Abstract: | he following problems should be seriously considered and solved if we want
to eliminate the element of "Foam Economy" to start an undertaking on the secondary stage of
economic development in Hainan SEZ. 1.Development of Agriculture; 2.Taking precautions for
financial risk; 3. Extricating from the predicament of real estate; 4. Making up the new strategies
for economic development after connecting the railway channels between Guangdong and
Hainan; 5.Implementing the "Two Fundamental Changes" for government; 6. Setting up "Hainan
Economic Cooperation Experiment Zone btween the Main Land and Taiwan". |
