| 摘 要： | 高新技术企业技术人员是企业核心技术创造的关键,其承受的职业压力与企业其他群体相比更大,心理养护的需求更迫切.然而在现实中,高新技术企业并未对其技术人员的心理养护予以应有的重视.本文基于这一现实背景,通过问卷调查,对高新技术企业技术人员的心理养护现状进行实证研究,在此基础上提出可为企业所借鉴和参考的心理养护对策.

| Abstract: | Technical staff plays the key role in the creation of core technology in high-tech enterprises.Compared with the other groups in enterprises,they are more occupationally stressed and therefore in urgent need of more psychological care.However,in reality,high-tech enterprises have not yet offered due attention to its technical staff.Starting from such background,this paper empirically studies the current situation of the psychological care for the technical staff in high-tech enterprises through questionnaire survey,and on the base of which,proposes relevant countermeasures for enterprises. |
