中国转型期社会不公正现象探析

切实维护和实现社会公平正义,是构建社会主义和谐社会的根本基础。我国的政治、经济、文化发展都取得了巨大成绩,但在社会转型过程中产生的一系列问题却又使社会公正面临新的挑战。我国当前的社会结构为金字塔型的社会阶层结构,还没有形成一个合理、公平、开放的社会流动模式,社会整合缺乏有效机制。要立足公平正义,以塑造信息对称环境、打破体制性壁垒、提高公共财政能力、培育中产阶层、加大转移支付、建立整合的社会保障体系为依赖路径,构建良性运行的和谐社会。

An Analysis of Social Unfairness during China's Transitional Period

The maintenance of fairness and justice is the foundation for the building of a socialist harmonious society. Though China has achieved great progress in political, economic, and cultural development, a series of problems that appear during the period of social transition have give new challenges to social fairness and justice. Presently, China's social structure is "Pyramid" of social strata rather than a mode of reasonable, fair, and open social circulation and there is not yet an effective mechanism for social integration. To build a harmonious society based on justice and fairness need to create an environment of fair information provision, break up systematical barriers, improve abilities of public finance, cultivate the middle class, expand transfer payment, establish an integrated social insurance system.
