| 摘 要： | 十六大以来,以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央在人民群众的历史作用、人民群众的利益主体观、人民群众权力主体观、群众工作方式方法上丰富和发展了马克思主义群众观。认真学习和总结新时期党对马克思主义群众观的丰富与发展,对于加强领导干部的马克思主义群众观教育,树立正确的群众观,提高新形势下做好群众工作的本领,进一步提高贯彻落实科学发展观的自觉性,具有重要意义。
