图书馆在全民阅读中的主体作用

在生活已被网络改变的时代,国民图书阅读率连续下降,具体表现:阅读的时间减少;阅读的深度与广度不够;功利性阅读渐强。图书馆的公益性、教育、服务性职能,决定了它在推动全民阅读、构筑学习型社会中必须发挥主体作用。图书馆的主体作用表现为图书馆自身的客观性质及职能决定了它的主体地位,图书馆在推动全民阅读中所发挥的主观能动性决定了它的主体作用。

In the time when life has been changed by the web,the reading rate of the people of our nation has been dropping,which is shown in: the reading time decreases,the reading depth and width are not sufficient,and reading for material gain becomes strengthened.The functions of the properties of publicity,education and service decides that the library should give free rein to function of the main body in the advocating all the nation reading and in the construction of the learning-type society.The function of main body of the library appearing in the form of the objective property of the library itself decides its status of main body.And the subjective activities of libraries in promoting the entire nation to read decide its function of main body.
