| 摘 要： | 高校学报特色化、专栏化方向是学报可持续发展的必然趋势。过去意义上的学报编辑已经逐渐转化为兼具策划、组稿、文稿编辑、责任校对等综合职能的专栏编辑。专栏编辑作者意识的强弱直接决定着专栏能否可持续发展，决定着学报的生存命运。强化和培养专栏编辑的作者意识是学报发展必要而且重要的任务。

| Abstract: | The orientation of the characterizing and columnizing is an invitable trend for the continuous development of the University journals.The duty of the journal editing in the past has gradually been converted into the columnist editing of the comprehensive jobs about scheming,contribution selecting and editing and the obligation correcting.The consciousness of the columnist editors directly decides whether the column can develop continuously and the existing fate of the journals.Strengthening and cultivating the author-consciousness of the columnist editors is the essential and important jobs for the continuous development of the university journals. |
