武汉地区医科大学生医德知识调查分析

医学生医德水平的高低与其所具备的医德知识呈正相关。对武汉地区5所医学院校在校生的调查表明,医学生的医德知识状况总体是好的,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题,如各年级、各专业在对医德基本概念的掌握方面呈现出不平衡性;在基本的医德判断上,部分医学生存在认识偏差,如死亡标准问题、对待克隆人的态度问题等;对医学伦理学的前沿动态,部分医学生不甚关心。针对此问题提出如下改进措施:转变教育理念,增强对医学生认知心理的把握;加强教材建设,注重教材内容的更新;加强师资力量,可聘请德艺双馨专业课教师为医德教育的兼职老师。

Analysis of the Investigation into the Medical Ethics Knowledge of the Medical College Students in Wuhan Region

The level height of the medical college students is in the direct ration to their medical ethics.The investigation made into the students at universities from the five different medical schools in Wuhan region shows that the medical ethics of the students is,generally speaking,fine,but still there exist some problems.There occurs disequilibrium in the mastering of the basic concept in the medical ethics for each grade and different specialties.Part of the students have the notional error in the judgment of the basic medical ethics,such as in the matter of the standard of death,of the attitude to clone.And still there are some students who are indifferent with the frontier achievements of the medical ethics.To the problems mentioned above,some measures are made as following: to convert the notion in education,to reinforce the cognitive psychological understanding of the students,to reinforce the construction of the textbooks,paying attention to renewing the contents of the textbooks and to strengthen the persons qualified in teaching,employing concurrent ethic teachers who are excellent both in their specialty and in the medical ethics.
