武汉经济技术开发区中小企业R＆D现状调查

在诸多新经济现象中，科技型中小企业的迅速发展正在成为推动新经济发展的重要力量。但调查发现，整体水平偏低、缺乏战略远见、投入不足和人才短缺制约着武汉经济技术开发区中小企业技术创新活动的健康发展。解决中小企业在技术创新方面所面临问题的基本思路，是依靠外部力量来分摊它的发展成本。应当通过建立公共技术服务平台，建立和完善技术服务市场，来促进中小企业技术创新活动。

Research of R&D Current Situation about the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Wuhan Economic and Technological Developing Zone

Among new economic phenomena, the rapid development of the science-typed small and medium-sized enterprises is becoming important force in promoting economic development. But the inves- tigation proves that lower level of the enterprises as a whole, without long term strategic sight, insufficient investment and ＂short slab＂ of personnel restrict the healthy development of the technological innovative activities for the small and medium-sized enterprises in WHETDZ. The basic train of thought in resolving problems occurring in the technological innovation is to rely on the external force to spread out their developing cost. The public technological service platform and market should be established and improved to promote technological innovation activities of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
