| 摘 要： | 一、卫星帐户的性质一谈起国民经济核算体系 ,首先是指由一系列相互联系的帐户所组成的中心框架。该框架是一个十分严谨的结构 ,支撑其严谨性的 ,首先是一套统一定义的概念 ,其次是借鉴于企业会计的帐户和复式记帐规则 ,由此使该框架成为一个反映一国经济总体生产、分配、消费、投资及其资产负债宏观状况的整体化核算框架。遵循统一的概念对建立国民经济核算非常必要 ,其理由可以从两个方面来阐述。第一 ,国民经济核算所面对的是一个十分复杂的对象 ,多种经济单位、多种经济行为 ,如果没有一套统一定义的概念 ,系统、全面地反映显然是不可能…

In this article, the author introduces the applications recently in U﹒S﹒, which include transformation satellite account, travel and tourism satellite account, R&D satellite account, environmental-economic satellite account and owner-based current account, and has a generalization about these application. |
