技术差距、人力资本结构与企业自主创新强度

通过构建三部门模型,分析了技术差距、人力资本结构对企业自主创新强度的作用,研究发现:技术差距对企业自主创新强度起负向作用;人力资本禀赋与企业自主创新强度密切相关,当一个国家或地区人力资本禀赋中越偏向高级人力资本,越有助于提高企业自主创新强度。在此基础上,以中国内地2005-2010年31个省、市、自治区的相关数据进行实证分析,结果表明:技术差距是影响企业自主创新强度的重要因素,技术差距越大,企业自主创新强度越低;人力资本总量和人力资本结构有提高企业自主创新强度;技术差距、人力资本结构相比人力资本总量对企业自主创新强度作用力更强。

Technological Disparity,the Composition of Human Capital and the Intensity of Enterprises'Self-innovation

This article ,establishing a three -sector model ,analyzes the effect of the technological disparity and the composition of human capital imposing on the intensity of enterprises＇independent innovation .As the findings show , technological disparity makes a negative effect on the intensity of enterprises＇independent innovation .The more senior human capital there exists ,it＇s more beneficial to increasing the intensity of enterprises＇independent innovation .As the empirical analysis shows ,based on the results above ,the technological disparity serves as a key factor influencing the intensity of enterprises＇independent innovation . The wider the technological disparity is , the worse it is to the intensity of enterprises＇independent innovation . T he quantity and the composition of human capital contributes to increasing the intensity of enterprises＇independent innovation . T he technological disparity and the composition of human capital make a more substantial effect on the intensity of enterprises＇independent innovation than the quantity of human capital .
