| 摘 要： | 运用2009年海淀区R&D资源清查中671家企业的微观数据,考察了企业规模差异下R&D投入对生产率作用的差别,得到的主要结论如下:R&D投入对大、中、小型企业的生产率都有积极影响,R&D产出弹性按照大、中、小型企业依次递增,并且中小型企业的R&D产出弹性远远高于大型企业。同时,利用全部样本企业的分析结果也显示R&D产出弹性与企业规模存在负向相关关系,这与现有研究结果不同。

| Abstract: | Using microcosmic data of 671 firms in Haidian District from R&D resource census in 2009,this paper examines the effect of R&D input on firm’s productivity in the case of different firm size,and the main conclusions are as following: R&D input has positive effect on the productivity of small firms,medium firms and large firms.The R&D capital output elasticity increases by firm size,and R&D capital output elasticity of small and medium firms is remarkably larger than the corresponding elasticity of large firms.Meanwhile,we also find that there exists negative relationship between firm size and R&D capital output elasticity based on the analysis of full sample,which is different from prior studies. |
