社会性别视野下的老年女性养老经济收入研究——以镇江为例

为了研究老年女性养老经济收入的现状，本文利用《2007年镇江市代际和谐与养老模式实证研究》调查中465份60岁以上被调查者的数据，从社会性别公平的理性出发，阐述了两性在养老保险享有、收入数目及收入来源等方面的差异，分析性别对老年人养老经济收入的影响。调查分析证实了社会性别在养老经济收入上的差异及其对老年人养老经济收入的显著影响。为了保证老年女性有充足的养老经济收入，应该大力完善配偶遗属补贴制度、改革社会养老保险制度，并消除就业中的性别歧视和职业隔离。

A Study of the Elder female's Pension Income in the Perspective of Social Gender: A Survey of Zhenjiang

To study current elderly women pension income, this paper, based on the data from a survey of 465 old people over 69 in Zhenjiang in 2007, analyzes the gender inferences in endowment insurance, income and income sources in order to demonstrate the gender effects on the elderly economic supporting in the view of social gender equity.
