Some Considerations of the Ways of Training Family Planning Workers

The population and family planning in China has reached a stable and low fertility stage, which needs comprehensive management to solve the population problems Obviously the workers for family planning need improve their own quality and the education and training of family planning workers becomes more and more important This paper discusses the problems of the training and education methods at present and suggests that a multiple series of methods for family planning training need to be adopted to meet the requirements of family planning and population development in future
