村落文化视野下的农村老年人住房选择

本文主要考察农村老年人在住房上的选择，研究发现，尽管农村老年人可以选择比目前更好的住房条件，但他们并没有做出这样的选择。这主要是因为老年人没有选择条件较好的房子居住的意识，而这种意识的形成主要是受传统的村落文化的影响。因此，要改善农村老年人的住房现状就必须改变老人的住房意识，而要改变老人的住房意识就必须正确引导传统村落文化的发展，最终使其发展成开放的、先进的农村社区文化。

The Old People's Lodgings Selection:A Village Culture Perspective

In the study of the Lodging conditions of the old people in the rural areas,it shows that the old people could have had much better choices on their house to live in,but they choose to give up,because they have no consciousness or willing to live in better houses,which is mostly affected by the village culture.To improve the old people's lodging conditions,it is very important to change their Lodging consciousness and most importantly to build up a new style of community culture.
