| 摘 要： | 对2659例已婚育龄妇女放置宫内节育器(IUD)后1年进行了调查,了解IUD的使用效果。结果显示,农村妇女IUD放置后1年使用率为84.2%,低于城市妇女(P<0.001);带器妊娠和IUD脱落是IUD停止使用的主要原因。应加强技术服务,提高IUD的续用率。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the effect of using IUD. We investigated 2659 cases of married women with childbearing who were inserted IUD for 12 months. The result showed that the using rate of 12 months after inserting IUD in rural women was 84.2%. The using rate of rural women was lower significantly than that of urban women(P<0.001=.The primary reasons of IUDs were no use were pregnancy with IUD and IUD dropping. We should strengthen technical service and increase the continuous using rate of IUD. |
