人力资本结构对西北地区经济增长的影响——基于西北五省面板数据

针对西北地区人力资本研究过程中仅由受教育程度度量人力资本带来的问题,引入企业家人力资本,构建人力资本结构模型,并将其代入到人力资本外部性模型中,同时选取以往研究的人力资本外部性模型,对两个模型进行实证分析。在引入人力资本结构模型后,西北地区人力资本对经济增长的影响变小,在人力资本结构内部,技能型人力资本对人力资本总量的影响远大于企业家人力资本的影响,企业家人力资本抑制了技能型人力资本对经济增长的影响。

The Influence of Human Capital Structure on Economic Growth in Northwest China

To the problem brought that human capital is measured only by the level of education during the study of human capital to northwest China,through the introduction of entrepreneurial human capital,this paper builds human capital structure model,substituting the human capital structure model to the human capital externality model,and analyzes the model,then making comparison with previous studies of human capital externality model.The results show after the introduction of entrepreneurial human capital,human capital's effect of northwest region on economic growth reduces,and in human capital structure,skillful human capital's effect on economic growth is far greater than entrepreneurial human capital's,and entrepreneurial human capital inhibits the effect of skillful human capital on economic growth.
