| 摘 要： | 国民收入的某些重要增长是由于增加了教育投资这种人力资本而造成的,经济增长主要来源于人力资本储量的增长。在阐述了人力资本投资与经济增长的关系后,以数据分析了西部资本结构与人力资本问题,最后给出了加速西部人力资本积累,促进西部经济增长的对策。

| Abstract: | Part of the GDP growth is brought about by the increase of human capital like education investment, while the economic growth is mainly caused by the increase of human capital accumulation. The current paper expatiating the relation between human capital investment and the economic growth, analyses the capital structure and human capital in the west China using the data and puts forward the countermeasures to accelerate the human capital accumulation and to promote the economic growth in the west. |
