我国农村劳动力外出务工的动力分析

农村劳动力外出务工是我国农业剩余劳动力转移的重要方式。现阶段,我国农业存在大量剩余劳动力,且农村劳动力外出务工的空间也在不断扩大。但是,从2004年开始我国却出现了"民工荒"现象,且愈演愈烈。这不仅阻碍了我国农村剩余劳动力的转移,也给城市劳动密集型产业带来巨大的冲击。通过对农村劳动力外出务工的动力进行测算和分析,得出现阶段我国农村劳动力外出务工的动力不足,是造成"民工荒"现象日益突出的根本原因。在此基础上,提出提高农村劳动力外出务工动力的对策。

An Analysis of the Motivation for Rural Surplus Labors to Work in City of China

The rural labors go out and work in the cities is an important way to transfer the surplus rural labor in our country.At present stage,there exist a large number of rural surplus labors in our country;meanwhile,the opportunities for rural labors to work in urban area keeps expanding as well.However,China has appeared with a phenomenon of a growing migrant workers shortage since 2004.This shortage not only hinders the transfer of rural surplus labor force,but also gives a huge impact on the city labor intensive industry across our nation.According to the calculations and analysis base on the motivation of seeking jobs in urban area for surplus rural labors,this article can conclude that the growing migrant workers shortage is mainly caused by lack of motivation for surplus rural labor to find jobs in the city.On this basis,the author comes up with strategies to increase the number of migrant labors.
