摘 要: | 我叫袁望,目前在纽约曼哈顿第五大道从事时尚行业。我从小就坚信食物是传递情感的纽带,所以在工作之余,学习了烹饪和餐饮管理,成为纽约烹饪教育学院糕点烘焙和烹饪管理专业的优秀毕业生。毕业后,我曾加入纽约米其林餐厅Jean-Georges,专攻甜品。这是一段令我难忘的经历。

Abstract: | I live in New York,the United States,and I work full-time at a fashion company.I grew up believing that food is a form of an emotional bond between people.So,during my spare time,I learned pastry and culinary management at the New York campus of the Institute of Culinary Education(ICE).I once worked at a three-star Michelin restaurant as a part-time pastry chef. |
