| 摘 要： | 梁启超是中国２０世纪初第一个致力于传记理论研究的大家，其理论为推动中国古代传记向现代传访的过渡作出了不过磨灭的贡献。梁氏对传记的界说、对史学性传记之操作原则的阐述、对传访之文史关系的见解都给后人以无穷的启发。
