| 摘 要： | 生态伦理学有两个相对的理论路向,一是“人类中心主义”,一是“非人类中心主义”,二者的理论基础分别是“天赋人权论”与“自然权利论”。探究自然权利论的存在论根据将有助于我们更好地破解“人类中心主义”与“非人类中心主义”之间的理论论争。

| Abstract: | Ecological ethics have two relative ways of theory: one is the centre doctrines of human;the other is the centre doctrine of non-human;the theoretical foundation of the two respectively is theory of natural rights and right of nature.Probing into the basis of right of nature will facilitate us analyzing and explaining the centre doctrines of human and the centre doctrine of non-human better. |
