| 摘 要： | 本文选取西藏金融发展史的一个特殊阶段,从发展机制角度对西藏金融发展问题进行分析。本文认为西藏金融发展在20世纪50年代初期就表现出典型的外生发展特征,而这种外生发展模式实质上是一种有效的“次优”制度安排。是一种“帕累托改进”。

| Abstract: | Taking a particular period during the development history of Tibetan finance, this article makes an analysis on the development of Tibetan finance. In the beginning of 50s the development of Tibetan finance has shown the characteristic of being typically external and this develop mode is essentially an effective arrangement of "First-rate and Second-rate" system, a kind of "Pareto improvement." |
