| 摘 要： | 2005年7月21日央行宣布开始实行有管理的浮动汇率制,预示着我国固定汇率制时代的结束,浮动汇率制的开始。这一选择是大势所趋,但亟待解决的问题也比较多,如汇率形成机制,完善金融市场,进行金融工具创新,以及对汇市进行科学干预等。汇率制度改革要考虑改革成本,要学会借鉴别人的经验,更需要关注汇率机制的建设问题。

| Abstract: | On July 21,2005,the People's Bank of China announces that China begins to adopt the regulatory floating exchange rate system,which indicates the end of the fixed exchange rate system and the starting of the floating exchange rate system.This selection conforms to the trend of the times,but it still faces many problems urgent to solve,such as the formation mechanism of exchange rate,regularization of the financial market,innovations in financial instruments and the scientific intervention in foreign exchange markets.In this process we should take the cost of reform into account,learn to draw on others' experience and attach great importance to the establishment of the exchange rate mechanism. |
