城市新移民社会融人的行动研究--以天津市华章里社区为例

从行动研究的角度对于城市新移民社会融入进行探讨。以天津市华章里社区为例，分析和诊断农民工在城市融入方面存在的问题，同时检视现存的华章里社区服务模式的特色与限制；探索农民工社会融入的途径，结合社会工作介入方法，设计出适合本土化的实务模式；并对这套实务模式做出反思，以在日后的实践中获得更好的效果。
