| Abstract: | By exploring the meaning and standard of college teachers＇ psychology harmony, and then the type and origin of college teachers＇ psychology conflict, it is put forward that the active involvement and cooperation of the three forces from society, college and teachers are necessary for promoting the teachers＇ psychology harmony. Finally, strategies of promoting college teachers＇ psychology harmony are presented. |
