摘    要:洞庭天下水,洞庭湖浩大6000平方公里,千年不衰,是因为南北分流的水文特性,保证了洞庭湖水环境和生态环境的相对稳定。荆江四口南流,使江湖关系发生了根本变化,打破了这种自然因素的平衡关系,迫使洞庭湖踏上了类似云梦泽的消亡之路。只有改变洞庭湖的调蓄现状,实施南北分流,洞庭湖才能彻底根治。

Abstract:Dongting River is very big with 6000sq·km, keeping alive for a thousand years. Because of the characteristics of flowing to south and north separately, the water and ecological environment in it is relatively stable. Due to Jingjiang flowing to the south, the relationship between river and lake changes essentially, and its natural balanced link is broken. Dongting River is forced to die. Only if the storing is changed and the strategy of flowing to south and north separately is carried out. Dongting River can be permanently harnessed.
