| 摘 要： | 企业领导制度是企业制度的核心内容之一，国有企业建立现代企业制度，必然要求改革现有的横向分权的国有企业领导制度，建立纵向授权的企业领导制度──现代公司制企业的法人治理结构。本文分析了现阶段我国国有企业领导制度的类型、特征和存在的问题，进一步提出改革我国国有企业领导制度的建议。

This article focuses on three questions (1 )describing the characters of the governance structure of state-owned enterprise in China; (2 ) analyzing the disadvantages of the governance structure of state-owned enterprise in China; (3 ) suggesting how to reform the governance structure of state-owned enterprise in China. |
