| Abstract: | The focus of the present stage in land system is to ensure that peasants have the right of land use and promote the effective transformation of land through market economy. This paper takes advantage of property theory to analyze the priority that peasants have land for a long period of time and puts forward the necessity of land transformation and its blue print. |
