| 摘 要： | 近日,河北省人民政府出台了《关于扩大对外开放加快开放型经济发展的意见》。本文认为,在部署对外投资战略规划指导下,在政府及金融、保险、税务等部门的有力支持下,统筹整合河北省企业优势资源,采用多样化投资模式,以鼓励和支持河北省边际产业和比较优势产业走出去为重点,巩固壮大对外投资区位,培育强势对外投资产业,是推进今后一段时期河北省对外投资的关键所在。
