| 摘 要： | 高校教学团队建设是创新高校基层教学组织、提高教育教学质量的有效途径。本文以团队理论为基础,提出高校教学团队的概念及基本特征,构建出高校教学团队建设的理论模型,以及高校建设教学团队的实现路径。

| Abstract: | College instruction team construction is recognized as an effective means of innovating college instruction organization at grass roots level and improving the quality of college instruction.This paper attempts to identify the conception and basic characteristics of college instruction team based on Team Theory,and propose a theoretical model of college instruction team construction and a realization route on college instruction team construction. |
