审视教师职业

摘    要:传统的教师职业的价值主要体现在社会功用上,这就忽视了教师职业的内在尊严与创造性劳动的快乐,忽视了教师教育生命的成长和发展。因此,重新审视教师职业,让教师在教育教学活动中体验生命创造的满足,发现与学生共同成长的欢愉,理解由于教师职业专业化而使教师产生的应有的变化,从而使全社会乃至教师自己对教师职业有一个全新的认识。

Abstract:The traditional significance of teaching is reflected through its social functions, and the inner dignity and the happiness of creation as well the development of teachers is always neglected. Reviewing the teaching career, the teachers should experience the satisfaction of creation during teaching practice, happiness of developing with the students, and understand the changes during teaching specialization, thus the society would have a new recognition on teaching career.
