试论江泽民同志对思想政治工作方法的探索

江泽民继承和发展了毛泽东、邓小平的思想政治工作理论,在新形势下,对党的思想政治工作提出了一系列新思想、新观点:思想政治工作必须注意理论灌输与思想疏导相结合;将思想政治教育与了解人们的思想动态与心理变化相结合;必须注意将解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合;运用现代科技成果;必须加强中国共产党的领导。这些新思想、新观点是新世纪开创党的思想政治工作新局面的理论指南。

A Preliminary Research into Jiang Zemin's Searching for the Method of Ideological Work

Under new position, Jiang Zemin developed the ideological work theory of Mao Tsetong and Deng Xiaoping. He stated a series of new ideas: theory infuse should be integrated with ideological leading;in political thought education we need to know the changes of people' s mind; resolving mental problems should be as important as resolving the practical problems; ideological work demand the achievement of modem science and technology; the leading of Chinese communist party must be strengthened through the ideological work, which were the guide in initiating the ideological work new plasic in this century.
